Jeanne Fain

Jeanne Fain is a life skills coach and entrepreneur. She has developed over 30 years of life skills training experience working in various roles with students, employees, and clients.

As a College Counselor, Jeanne guided high school students through the college admissions process. She served as the President of a school with 500+ students and 90 staff members. This role gave her the opportunity to engage daily with students.

Her background in management, leadership development, fund raising, human resources and marketing has allowed her to lead multiple initiatives for both profit and non-profit organizations. Prior to leading a school community, Jeanne was a business owner/entrepreneur specializing in marketing, facilitation, strategic planning, fund raising and life skills/leadership development.  In 2006, she started Life Skills Solutions, focusing on life skills development for people of all ages. Prior to that, Jeanne worked in the newspaper industry for 15 years with Knight-Ridder in a variety of management roles including sales, marketing, and promotions.  Her expertise in facilitation, project management, and team building provided valuable skills for coaching.

Jeanne has been certified in Leadership Development and received facilitation certification from DePaul University in Chicago. She has been a leadership coach for women executives and has been the point person on non-profit capital campaigns managing all fundraising, marketing, and communication efforts.  She has written and delivered curriculum focusing on soft skills to people of all ages - in the classroom, in the workplace, and in university settings.

Jeanne has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/PR with a minor in Spanish from the University of Kentucky. She also has a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton.

She and her husband, Dean, live in Nashville, Tennessee. Their children are at various locations and stages in their lives: in college, working, married, or serving in the military. Jeanne and Dean are enjoying this time of empty-nesting and exploring new experiences together.
